Text Message Terms and Conditions

The program

Mighty Ant DataWorks sends text messages (SMS) from (765) 735-3407 to its own staff and to a small number of people it knows personally. The messages are operational alerts, status notifications and reminders, for example a notice that a server is down or that a software update has finished. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

You receive these messages only if you gave us your mobile phone number and agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies; most recipients receive a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further messages after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive.
