Text Message Privacy Policy

Mighty Ant DataWorks sends text messages (SMS) from (765) 735-3407 to its own staff and to a small number of people it knows personally, each of whom has agreed to receive them. This policy covers the mobile phone numbers and messages involved in that program.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number, which you give us directly when you agree to receive our text messages, and a record of the messages sent to that number and of any reply you send (such as STOP or HELP).

How we use it

Only to send you the operational alerts, status notifications and reminders you agreed to receive. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No sharing of mobile numbers

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is passed only to the service providers that deliver the messages for us (our text messaging provider and the mobile carriers), and only for that purpose.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with what is happening in our systems; most recipients receive a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (800) 216-8182 or through our contact page. When you opt out we stop texting your number and keep only the record needed to honor the opt-out.
