Text Message Opt-In

Mighty Ant DataWorks sends text messages (SMS) from (765) 735-3407 only to its own staff and to a small number of people it knows personally. Nobody is added through a website form, a keyword or a purchased list. The only way to opt in is to agree verbally, in person or by phone, after hearing the consent script below.

Step 1: we read this consent script

“Mighty Ant DataWorks would like to send you text messages with operational alerts and status notifications, such as a notice that a server is down or a daily status summary. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Step 2: you answer yes or no

Only if you answer “yes” do we record your name, your mobile number and the date you agreed, and add your number to our recipient list. If you answer “no”, or do not answer, your number is not added and you receive no messages. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Step 3: we confirm by text

The first message you receive confirms your enrollment:
